RIOLIS Cross Stitch Kit - 1698 - Almond Blossoms - Van Gogh

One of the best producers of cross stitch kits especially when it comes to reproducing artwork - I also stitched the Starry Night kit inspired by Van Gogh's artwork. The colours are so vibrant and the finished picture is a wonderful recreation of famous artwork. Some of the kits like this one come with wool threads (worked with the same as cotton embroidery threads) which provide extra fabric coverage and so much more dimension to the finished work. I own a lot of different kits from this brand and cannot recommend the quality highly enough. Be aware though that this particular kit has a lot blended shades where 2 strands of a different colours are used, so maybe not ideal as a very first kit but still certainly very enjoyable for all levels of stitcher!

Adoro i pattern di Riolis, a mio parere i migliori come resa finale. Filati ordinati ed abbastanza robusti, la tela è molto inamidata e facilita il lavoro.

Precioso kit de punto de cruz. El hilo es una especie de lanita finita. Los colores son muy alegres y agradables. Vino antes de lo esperado. Recomnedable 100%.

Aber mit der Garnlösung der Firma bin ich nicht so wirklich einverstanden. Es steht nirgendwo welches Garn verwendet wird. Weil manchmal muss man ja doch etwas nachkaufen, das Garn schaut schon beim ansehen sehr dünn aus. Und dass es nur einfädig aufgewickelt ist finde ich auch nicht optimal und die gemischten Garnsorten könnte man auch mitliefern. Das ist für mich schon negativ dass ich da herum tüffteln muss.
