This is NOT Egyptian Cotton
I own cotton sheets - this pillowcase is not made from 100% Egyptian cotton. For starters, its super thin and lightweight. Its also got a shiny texture. It sure looks like microfiber rather than cotton. Its also full of snags. Cotton doesn't tend to snag. Nylon or polyester snags. But Egyptian cotton? I've never seen it snag and run like this. I realize that these were very inexpensive and you get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting 4 star, high quality, but I was expecting them to be 100% cotton.

Good quality
I have "standard" pillows but they are thicker than average so standard cases are too small. I bought these in Queen hoping for the perfect fit. They are only marginally larger than the standards but they do fit the pillows and the material is comfy and washes well.
