Very pleased with these shoes! I remember when sketchers first hit the market,and they were more of a kids shoe back then,at least targeting the younger age demographic. Never really checked them out because I just associated them with kids. Not so much anymore.I have crazy feet..... extremely high arches,long toes,and a wide foot print(no relation to Sasquatch)These are THE most comfortable sneakers,tennis shoes,cross trainers,walking shoes, whatever you call them in your neck of the woods,that I have found yet.Very comfortable,even on my feet,great for walking,playing with the dogs,or just wearing them all day long.I am pretty picky about my footwear,and so far this is a quality shoe. I would definitely recommend these.I will update the review after they have been "put through the ringer" a little bit, but so far.....so good

I have been a huge fan of Sketchers for awhile now; their quality and craftsmanship are superb and their shoes are built to last! I am pretty tough on my shoes, and demand a lot from them. I need a shoe that offers sturdy support, as my back is pretty much a wuss, and will freak out about the littlest things, including lack of shoe support. Sketchers has always delivered everything I need in a shoe.I was excited to try this design, because I am on my feet a lot at work (I work 12-hour shifts on concrete floors at a manufacturing plant). From what I've read online, these shoes were ideal for my needs, because they offered the support I need for both my back and my feet. I also like the fact that these shoes have a very aggressive tread, as I do a lot of outdoor activities including hiking and camping, and I expect my everyday shoe to hold up for the task (even though I have dedicated hiking boots, sometimes you want a lighter-weight option, especially when you're carrying 60-80 pounds on your back). When these shoes arrived, I was impressed with the amount of tread and grip they provided. It wasn't like the dinky little tread you see on most shoes, it looked like they took a tire, cut it to shape, and put it on the bottom of the shoe - Sketchers meant business when they designed this shoe!The material is warm, but lets your feet breathe, so your feet stay nice and warm in the winter. I can't say how they are in the summer, as I didn't own them in the summer months. Inside, there is a lot of padding all around, especially in the tongue of the shoe, which is nice - it gives a real nice snug fit to keep the shoe in place without having to really strap down the lacing tight. There is a huge amount of padding in back on the bottom for your heels, which, for me, is where the problem comes in. For most people, this would be a very nice feature, but for some reason, it ended up hurting my heels pretty badly, almost to the point where I didn't want to walk from one end of the house to the other. After wearing them for just one 12-hour shift, my feet were screaming, and all I wanted to do was either sit back in a chair with my feet up or lay in bed, just so I wouldn't be on my feet. I understand that every pair of shoes needs to be broken in, and during that time the shoes can be a bit uncomfortable, but not this much.While I absolutely like these shoes and have absolutely nothing against them (other than the heel issue mentioned above), I am forced to return them to Amazon. Please remember that this is not the case for most people - my feet are extremely picky to begin with, and simply put, these shoes just aren't for me. I really like the quality and materials that Sketchers used to design this shoe, and I can honestly say that I believe they are a shoe that will hold up to use and abuse for quite a long time. Despite them not being the right shoe for my feet, I would still highly recommend them, but be aware that there is a large amount of padding in the heel area, and will lift the heel area of your foot upwards somewhat.I don't hold anything against Sketchers or these shoes. In fact, once my return is processed, I plan on buying a new pair of my go-to shoes, which are the Sketchers Men's Stamina Nuovo sneakers.All around, great shoe, just not for me (unfortunately).

This is a good shoe. Well built, and comfortable cushion. I ended up returning them though, as they have such a high arch they were uncomfortable to me. The cushion in the sole and overall fit of the shoe was good. But these are for people that prefer a high arch. I learned with these shoes, that I do not.

I bought these for my husband. He works the overnight shift at the hospital and walks the entire time! He's six feet two inches tall and about 255 lbs or so. You can imagine how important comfort is for him. These shoes were an affordable, durable, and comfortable choice. He's very picky about his footwear, so him being pleased with these shoes means a lot LOL!

These shoes are awesome. They are well made, comfortable, true to size and width, sturdy, durable and will last me a long time. Happy with my purchase.
