Okay so initially I was skeptical taking vitamins/supplements as I've never taken any before in my life. About 6 years ago when I was about 33 whilst playing football I had a cruciate ligament injury on left knee with miniscus tear. My right knee therefore was always compensating for the left. I subsequently development arthritis on my right knee diagnosed about a year ago. Both knees would swell up after a bit of running/exercise with some days was worse them others. I used to use a lot of Tiger Balm for relief. I had these supplements recommend by a colleague at work as apparently they worked like a "miracle" for her elderly mother. I decided to give it a go and I have to be honest after a month of using them I have to say they have made a massive difference to my condition. The knee issue is not on the back of my mind when I exercise now and I'm able to use the treadmill as well. My knees don't swell up with inflammation. It might not work for everybody but it sure worked for me. I usually don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so as it made a difference to my health and wellbeing and I hope it can do the same to yours.

Great supplement

Value is good for amount of tablets.Easy to swallow size.

I cant be sure but i suspect this is more effective than the capsules of the same stuff.

Bought for my husband he likes these for his aches and pains says they really help good value for money on Amazon

Choking hazard! These tablets are very big. I had to stop taking them as they were nearly impossible to swallow and I choked almost every time.
