Awesome pack and fabulous customer service!
What a great running pack! It’s not too big, it’s not too small. I used to use a belt style for jogging/power walks, but have found they bounce around too much, so I started investigating running packs. I didn’t want something that would be too heavy or make me more sweaty while working out (why I was initially a fan of belts), but as cell phones got bigger, more “stuff” was needed on jogs (chapstick, mace, etc.), and the climate got hotter, I knew I needed a “better” system. This Sub90 is the perfect size. It’s got 2 zipped areas on the back pack part for “stuff.” One is a bigger slot that zips from the top and inside has a divider for a cell phone, credit cards, a power bar, or a battery pack, or something small, and there’s another smaller zipped area on the face of the back pack part for slightly smaller items, like more cards or a couple keys. You can’t fit a sandwich in there, but why would you? If you want a sandwich, you’re probably on a hike and wearing a much larger pack.Along the “thoracic belt” which rides under your chest/along the bottom edge of your jog bra, there are two more side zipper compartments that can also stretch and hold odd shaped items, like their extra “shrink while you drink” flasks, or more power bars, or in my case, I put chapstick and mace there so it’s handy. There no jiggle of the belt or pack, the belt and the pack both stay put without being restrictive (there are adjustable straps, but if you measure and order the right size it’s perfect right out of the box), and there’s no chafing in your ‘pits. The box for the Sub90 includes not only the backpack, but also a mini whistle (I wish it was already on a lanyard or string or something so could be easily attached off a zipper), as well as the 500mL flask and drinking hose with silicone tip. 500mL is just under 17oz, or what I’ve found to be about 21 gulps on the hose. There was also a coupon in there for 20% off another Fitly purchase, so I went to their website and ordered their Fitly Towel/seat cover, which is equally awesome. (It’s not only great for after beach use, but as a frontline provider, I now use my Fitly towel to protect my car seat from cooties I might have been exposed to at the hospital). When you get the pack, you have to cut the hose to your preferred length, and unlike hiking packs, it screws on the top of the flask. Which I was suspicious of from a physics standpoint, but it works. I did notice in order to get those last few precious gulps of water out, I sometimes have to bend over and “collect” the water at the top (while I’m upside down) to fully empty the flask. I did have an issue with the silicone tip popping off (not sure if it was a manufacturer defect or I was just desperate for some water on a blistering walk in 100 degree weather and sucked too hard), but it stopped functioning. I emailed Fitly to inquire about a replacement hose, and they not only helped practically the same day, but had a replacement in my hands ASAP. Wow! What customer service!Bottom line: if you’re looking for a non-annoying pack to hold some hydration, a cell phone, and a few small items, from a company who cares about its customers, Fitly is the one for you! Highly recommend the Sub90, the Fitly Towel, and the company!

Perfect for 3-5 mile runs!
This is the PERFECT size. Not to small but not too big and bulky. It doesn't flop around on my back and stays put while I run. I love all the pockets and straps. Quality of materials and zippers are top notch. The thermal poch keeps my water cool. I like putting the flask in the fridge at night before my morning runs. The mouthpiece works like a charm. If you are like me and don't like holding a handheld bottle or wearing a waist belt, try this out! You won't regret it.

Great little light weight pack
This is a good start towards a great pack. So small you hardly know it is there. Rides well, no bounce due to elastic straps. Negatives are water bladder hardly holds 2 cups worth of water, and the fill hole is the size of a water bottle so I can't even put ice in it. It is also hard to screw on a lid with a long drinking straw attached. I have not used it for a race yet, but I think it would be cumbersome to fill at an aid station especially if in a hurry. The other negative is that there is no expansion room in the zipper compartments. They are very thin and don't expand to hold much other then something the thickness of a phone and a few snacks. Positives- very comfortable and adjustable. light weight, love the zippered snack pockets on the front of the waist strap. They are stretchy and expand to hold a decent amount. Make a few changes and it would be a great little pack.

great little pack used for running
This was the one pack that was the most ergonomic and perfect size. I got the one without the water bladder and bought a separate 8oz clip on water bottle that clips on to the front side perfectly. For me, this little pack is far better than the belt style pack.

Amazing must have!!!
Game changer on long runs. Doesn’t leak, can’t even feel the weight, no sloshing. Did 10 miles and it was the perfect amount of hydration and held a pocket knife, iPhone, earbuds, gu, honey stingers and still had room. Found this on tik tok and it absolutely LOVE!

Perfect for my long runs!!
I was in search of a hydration pack that was big enough to get me through my 10-11 mile long runs but not so big that I felt like I was carrying a backpack. This pack so far is perfect! I have ran numerous long runs with this pack and it is super light weight and comfortable. I recently wore it for a half marathon when the temperature jumped up and I knew I would need extra hydration on the course! The front pockets are perfect to hold run fuel (GU, stinger chews, etc). I do have to un-buckle the pack and tip upwards to get the last few ounces of water out because the water tube hooks to the TOP of the hydration bladder. I was right on the edge between measurements so I went with the small. The bottom strap around my rib cage is as big as it will go and I’m assuming with wear it will stretch a bit and I will have room to tighten. As far as the shoulder straps, they are as tight as they will go.

Best buy !!!
I love this mini backpack!!! It’s small enough to be carried for most of the day, but has so much room for the basic stuff. I carry inside of it my phone, wallet, one pen, my airpods, keys and money, medicine, tweezers, lip gloss… you know moms have to be always ready for everything. I used to wear a fanny pack all the time but it was giving me troubles and pain with my lower back (tilted hip) due to the weight. This backpack is easy to wear, I actually wear it in the front so I can access my phone faster and its just great. I totally recommend it.The quality of the materials and design exceeded my expectations overall. I would buy another one just for back up. 😉👌🏼👍🏼It also has so many secret compartments I haven’t really explored all the possibilities.I am just really happy and grateful I found this item.

Love it!
I was searching for a hydropack for running that was small, lightweight and fit snug. This is perfect. I get a lot of compliments and questions from my running group about it. No running stores seem to sell anything similar. I love it. I would buy it again. It has a pocket for my phone in the back and I keep my headphones in the front strap pocket. Front pockets are easily accessible while running and perfect size for gels.

Very light and cool looking!
Got it for running with my dog, it looks really cool and fits exactly how the sizing chart says it would. The front piece is magnetic and has three different sizes depending on what you need.

Good product but can't handle more than 0.5kg of weight
Functional design but with 1 weakness in my opinion. I bought this backpack with the idea of carrying up to 1KG of water and items in the back but it can't really handle more than 0.5kg because of the elasticity of the straps. If you load it up with more than 0.5kg of weight than the elastic shoulder straps start to give in en let the backpack bounce with each step,, creating friction on your shoulders. For me personally that's a major flaw, if you are ok with 0,5 kg or less than it might be fine.

Great fit
Adjustable on shoulders and well as around the body so fits nice and snug. Plenty of pouches for all your bits. Only downside is your phone is on yr back so if you play music with instructions on what to do whilst running you have to start it beforehand which is not ideal. Other than that it’s great.
