Go Lightly Sugar Free Butterscotch Candy, 1lb

I'm a Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and towards the mindfulness part I once saw an exercise in which one eats a raison slowly and mindfully over 7 minutes and thought that was simply absurd! I then though of the old Tootsie Roll owl commercial "how many licks does it take to get to the inside of a Tootsie Roll Pop?" commercial. I tweaked it to drop the ridiculous raison and include these nicely tasting sugar free candies towards a mindful exercise in which my clients would learn to savor these sweet candies with the caveat of no biting and thereby learning to mindfully savor the various niceties of life and thus life! These butterscotch candies are great. I enjoy having 2 or 3 of these every evening while checking my email, etc. I thought the taste would be a tad different, since there is no sugar. Not so. These candies taste like the sugar kind. But, you have to be careful how many you eat. The sugar substitute can cause mild diarrhea.

I found these to be as good as the sugared equivalent. I provide only four stars strictly due to the higher cost compared to the 'real' thing. Delivery was fast and complete.

Not as good as sugar free Brach butterscotch candy. I am sure these have better natural forms of sugar in them & the Brach has splenda, etc.. So I consider that a plus. I just wish it tasted better.

"Hard candy" takes on new meaning here. It is rock hard and lacks flavor. After the family tried it, we all agreed it was the worst and pitched the entire bag. I wrote to the company and did not want my money back but just wanted them to know how bad this candy was. They responded that everyone else liked it........so guess it is just me that does not like hard, tasteless candy.

These are delicious hard candies - hard to believe they are sugar free! We loved them so much we ordered the cinnamon ones as well. I recommend them highly.

These sugar free hard candies are hard and sweet, ug heir flavorf has no relaion o anyhting calle "butterscoth' I caan only conclude hat along with synheic sweetner, someone decided that if you don' wnt sugar, you don't really cae what these hings taste li9ke. As close as I can desciie, hese candies tase like what donstream fom a vinyl chloide plant smells like. I hnk he tem "wretched" applis. If you wan a swee, and have coid and dan't tase anyhing., the candoes mih be fo you. I you wnt utterscotch, ty elsewhere.

Have bough sugar free butterscotch candy several times because of yummy flavor and creaminess.Would love price to be lower bu guess ‘u get what u pay for’.
