No. The POSCA paint markers are not designed to be refillable.

How is the bullet tip different from a regular tip?

"Bullet tip" is merely a description of the shape. Some markers have a more pointed tip and others have chisel tips. The bullet tip is rounded at the tip and long enough to maintain a good paint flow. Most paint markers have either a bullet tip, a chisel tip, or a flat rectangular tip.

The description says 16, and the photo shows 16 markers. Will I receive a box of 16? Or is it 8?
