Couldn't Be Happier
Every home owner will need to use a drain auger sooner or later. And take it from someone who has used them all. From the cheap manual drain auger to those that use a drill attached to the back. I recently had a chance to use my new Super-Vee and I couldn’t be happier. Make your life simpler and get a Super-Vee.

3/8 X35' cable with female connecter is junk
The first time I used the 3/8" cable with the female connecter both the cable and the wire rope in the center broke leaving the female connecter with the spade bit that was attaced in the 1 1/2" drain line. It was only in three feet and it was the first time the cable was used altho I purchased it on 6 -3-2020. Did not have the warranety card send in so they probably won't cover it. The 1/4" cable with the pigtail end works fine but never needed to use the spade end until almost a year after I bought it. It was shiney and oiled as it came from the manufacturor. I have used a lot of sewer snakes over the years and know how to properly use one. When it broke it was not being forced and was under no stress. I had already run the smaller FAH-flexible arrow head down the drain pipe with no problems. This is the first sewer snake cable I have ever had break over many years of using them.

Good piece of equipment
A useable piece of equipment that is handy to use for all those jobs that would normally require a plumber. Also a little elbow grease never hurt any one when you can pay yourself 60-80 dollars an hour and pay for this device in a very short time.

A beautiful machine, and problem solver
A beautiful machine, and problem solver. Might be pricey for the average home owner, but I own 23 apartment units and it has paid for itself just in the past couple of months. It is of high quality and professional grade. This is my second one, the first was stolen out of my garage, but it had paid for itself time and time again.

Carrying case fault
Product itself is well made, but the carrying case handle broke second time I lifted it.

Solid product, good build quality.
I've had one on my truck for the last 10 years, and its never broken down. The cable can easily get rusted while sitting in the drum while not in use so be sure to keep it lubricated. Great for kitchen and laundry drain lines (shorter distance runs). Brutal on your arms... just be careful and don't feed it too fast. A little expensive, but could save you a $150 service call.

Great Tools
Worked well. Lots better than cheap stuff found in HD/ Lowes as it should be. Recommended if you have a lot of drain to clear.
