KKSB Odroid XU4 Case | Black and White Aluminum Odroid XU4 Enclosure

This case is awesome. The quality is nice, and there's access to all of the I/O ports, except for the eMMC. But if/when you install the eMMC, it's probably going to be there for a while.The case was really quick to put together. 4 screws to secure the board to the bottom of the case, and the top clips on securely. The little rubber feet help to keep it from sliding or scratching your desk, so that's a plus.What I really appreciate about the case is that it's very lightweight, yet very sturdy.We use our Odroid XU4 for retro gaming and also as an Android TV box, and I don't have a problem with overheating at all.If you are looking for an awesome little case, and don't want to pay for the expensive aluminum ones then go with this one. I believe it's a great choice.

There arent many cases for the XU4 out there so its really hard to compare to other products. The aluminum is thick and keeps the unit cool. I like the minimalist design of it. But my biggest gripe about the case is that even after you bolt on the screws, the unit still moves up and down while in the case. So any time you have to plug a USB controller in and out, you have to hold the unit up to make sure the holes of the ports line up. I dont plan on plugging the unit in and out all the time so I guess I can live with that, but its something to consider.

Love this case for the XU4. Perfect fit. I removed the XU4 heat sink fan and used superglue to attach a Noctua 40x40mm 5v fan to the top of case vent outlets - much quieter and better cooling for the XU4.

Works exactly like you think it would for the xu4. Seems pretty solid, at least way better than the cheap plastic alternatives out there. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a case to fit their odroid. P

I love this case. The aluminum provides extra help keeping the Odroid XU4 cool. It is built nice and sturdy, slides together without any issues and just looks great. I will definitely be buying more of these.

Great case for my Odroid board, everything fits perfectly and it was beyond easy to assemble.

Arrived on time!This is a nice, cheap case of you're picking up an Odroid XU4 and don't want one of the cheaper plastic cases.

This is a high quality case, a little pricey. Board fits perfectly!

The case is good and everything lines up perfectly. Once the unit is crewed in, it's stable. (Someone complained in another review that it was moving but I don't understand how that's possible unless I assembled it wrong)My only issue with the case is that it could include small rubber feet but that's easily fixed. Also, since the unit can be used with either an SD card or eMMC module, it would have been nice to have a way to put the eMMC module once the case is assembled. It's not hard to remove the top of the case to do that but the real problem is that the eMMC fits underneath the board whereas the SD card is on top. Not major but it would have been a nice touch - probably would have driven the price up though. Also, the switch to go from SD to eMMC is accessible but not labelled. Again, minor issue that I have already corrected by labeling it myself. Thank you P-Touch...yes, shameless product advertising...A very good case overall.

Ich musste feststellen, dass der Kauf eines Gehäuses für meinen Odroid XU4 gar nicht so einfach war. Viel Plastik und Preise, die nicht gerechtfertigt sind. Letztendlich habe ich mich für KKSB entschieden, da dieser Hersteller sich auf Aluminiumgehäuse mit passiver Kühlung spezialisiert. Lieferung, Zusammenbau, Material und Leistung, alles Top.Ich hatte eine zusätzliche Frage zum Produkt, welche mir schnell und freundlich beantwortet wurde. Vielen Dank dafür!
