First off Absolutely great customer service! I was in distress after accidentally ordering to wrong place but after messaging them they helped me changed the address an assured me that it will be delivered to the right place an warned me about it possibly being late in january so I already knew it would be but what I didnt expect instead they actually finished an it arrived on the 22nd december it was like a christmas miracle I was over the moon with how ths company helped me over this an made the person who I was sending it as a xmas gift truly happyThe pillow absolute top quality it was beautiful done an the image was perfect not blurry or anything it was also thick an when put a pillow inside too it was very comfy and soft I was very happy with the product an the person who I gave it too love the gift tooThankyou too the company who went above an beyond i will definitely be using you again in the future an will recommend to friends and families

The printed images are very good if the original photo is clear enough. The only thing is that the seller does not worn you if the photo you send is not good enough quality and so the image on the fabric will not be very clear. It would help if the seller would check with a customer before they go ahead and print an image that might come out blurred. I wasted 2 cushion covers as the images printed were terrible, possibly due to the poor quality of the photo I sent, as I did not realise how it would come out on the fabric, obviously. So its a bit of a lottery, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. However, when the photos sent to be printed are clear and bright enough, the cushion covers are beautiful, soft fabric and the images clear. I have ordered several and will do more in the future.

I absolutely adore my special printed cushion, I just love it it’s so soft, I love how the pictures I had chosen are double sided most of the printed cushions were only allowing one sided prints but with this one you could have the back and front done and I love it I’m so glad I bought it, very happy with my purchase.

I'd been looking for a photo print cushion with bleed printing and this was perfect in quality and finish. Most of the sellers just print on existing plain cushion cover and so they don't print to the edge - for certain designs that white frame just ruins it. Whereas this is sown after printing.This cushion cover also has a soft, comfy velvet finish, high quality print and hidden zip. It also arrived much earlier than the estimated time. I left six weeks for it, but I received it in three weeks.

I have ordered 3 covers from this seller and they are all amazing. The print is so clear that small details can be seen. I really like the texture, it is soft and slightly fluffy. However be sure to use a high quality photo, if it looks blurry magnified to the size of the cushion, it is going to look blurry on the cushion.The only drawback is the wait, but that is understandable given its extensive customisation.

Absolutely amazing.... its perfect. The service was also second to none.... I had a photo I couldn't use and they sorted it all out for me so I could still have the design I wanted.... this is going to make someone Christmas so extra special..... thank you to the people who helped and made this.... incredible!!!!

I bought this for my husband he needed a cushion for his chair and he specifically asked for one with a picture of a bison as this is his favourite animal, After searching i coulld not find anything i liked so thought i would customise one instead i'm so glad i did because its fab i also got his favourite football team logo on the reverse so 2 birds one stone he loes it annd now i have lots of ideas for presents i'm collecting photos to order more these would be lovely for mothers day with the kids pics on xx

Took almost an entire month to arrive, otherwise looks good, double sided, person who got it as a gift seems happy. I added the text myself on the images so can't comment on that function
