Melting chocolate
I purchased this chocolate to melt to make peanut butter balls and maple balls. I will also be using white chocolate and will dip some of the peanut butter balls in white chocolate.

Did not Melt as Expected
I have been melting chocolate for years, this is the first time I had trouble with melting the wafers. I made sure to follow the instructions on the bag as this was a new brand. The first try with melting, it clumped together. On the second try, the same thing happened. I could not get the chocolate to melt.The results was disappointing and a waste of time and money. I ended up purchasing another brand at my local craft store and had 100% success.

Horrible product
I have used these for years for a small order business and all of a sudden I have had nothing but disappointment and disaster, being unable to fulfill orders because of the product. Something has changed in the recipe/formula and now these are barely usable and NOTHING works to thin them out after hours researching and testing. So disappointed.
