Best Eyeliner for Lining Your Waterline
This is the best eyeliner for those of us who like to apply eyeliner on the inner rim of your bottom lashes. Most makeup artist don't recommend using product on the waterline but I personally love putting eyeliner on the inner rim as opposed to the outside because it makes your eyes pop out and look mysterious. After using countless liners that advertise that they are smudegproof and waterproof, I can firmly say that most of them do not live up to their expectation. Liquidlast is one of the few that is actually smudgeproof and waterproof. The colors are deep and vibrant and you never have to worry about raccoon eyes. This liner is worth its weight in gold. A little goes a long way.

Product arrived unsealed but in original box. Liner was lumpy and dried in tube. Never buying from this vendor again! Complete rip off. Tossed box or would return for refund.
