Size matters
I wear 35โ waist jeans when I can find them sometimes 34 and 36 with a belt these medium fit perfectly for what they are designed to do just a little uncomfortable under my balls might need to trim a little might chaff there but helping with pain greatly

Better than a truss belt!
I like this way better than the truss belt, you don't have any straps running up your butt and it feels like it just works better. I have a 35 1/2" waist and I bought the medium. It basically feels like compression shorts but these are thicker and more supportive.

Soft knitting material
This is a very good Truss in terms of support but the stitches especially in the crutch where they touch one's skin need to be made of the softest possible but still strong, material. Otherwise it cuts almost like a knife. The other essential aspect is the material the truss is made off, could become an irritant to the skin. I will use it to see how it feels after some time of regular use. Thank you.

Check size
I don't think the size is quite right. I am going to a larger size. They do seem like they are built very well. Got my new one today large fits good and as I said before it seems to be made very well.

Sizes run very small
I have a 34 inch waist and the medium was way too small and tight for me. I ordered a large and hopefully I will be able to use this support. The support is a bit larger. But for me this product is not useable. I found it way too tight. It aggravated my hernia and I cannot recommend this support garment.

Good value and durability
Tight fitting girdle with room to move - if you know what it mean. Good quality and support for long days on your feet. Recommended size rides low on the hips. Otherwise comfortable.

Just what I needed.
After hernia surgery I just needed a little something because of my job. These are comfortable and allow me to work with a little more confidence.

Highly recommend.
I purchased for a friend and it gave him his life back. He was able to return to his outdoor activities and is currently waiting for a surgery date. I would definitively recommend to anyone who has been limited in their activities as a result of an inguinal hernia.

Well made .
I wear a 32 pant and medium is snug and does a great job I bought a large and a X- large and they are not much different except with of leg . The big problem is they all fit below your hips like hipsters . I really hate this .
