Congo Explorer Tree House Climber Low Maintenance Swing Set

I am very disappointed in my recent purchase of the Congo Explorer Tree House from KidWise:After weeks of researching and comparing swing sets we decided to go with the Congo Explorer Tree House Climber Maintenance-Free Swing Set. Even though it was more expensive than the others we had been looking at the maintenance free sold us. We were unable to find many reviews on the product but the few we found sounded positive. We were pleased with the shipping and delivery but as soon as we opened the boxes we were concerned with the way the ends of the boards were capped, half if not more where already off the boards (there was just a little glue attempting to hold them on). This is a concern since water and moisture can easily get into the caps and to the wood, again the selling point and reason we were willing to pay more for this swing set for us was the maintenance free. The caps are very generic and also take away from the overall look of the swing set. Some boards are completely covered so I am not sure why all boards were not sealed like that.The instructions missed several steps causing things to have to be taken back off and reassembled.Pre-drilled holes on some of the very important pieces did not line up causing a lot of problemsSome of the lumber under the polymer coating had defects and/or misshapedAdditional lumber was required for the tunnel twister slide (which we did not discover until the very end).Unfortunately it is very slick when wet and nowhere in the product description or any reviews did it say to keep children off when wet until we received and read the instructions "do not let children on when wet". If we had known that it was a slipping hazard we would have not purchased this swing set.I feel that once you have purchased the swing set, had it delivered, spent hours separating it from the boxes and have a very excited little boy that was turning 3 that weekend and this was his birthday present attempt to return it. So after 3 days of assembling with two very experienced adults (and a 3rd to help with the heavy beam) and a lot of frustration all we really can do is share our review for anyone else looking to buy a swing set. I would not recommend this swing set for your children. Also children will grow out of this very soon, our nephew who is 8 barely fit down the tunnel twister slide and the even our 3 year old, 3 ft tall son hits his head every time he climbs up the ladder to go in.Unfortunately after several tries I was still unable to post my review directly on [...] (which might be why I had trouble finding any reviews).
