Awesome product.
Product is nice with good built quality..best thing is u can work your forearms as well. Springs are adjustable..can be removed or added depending upon the strength of the individual. It's name is chest expander but you can use it for biceps, triceps , shoulder, back exercises as well. And it's pretty affordable.A must have equipment for every fitness enthusiast.

Anazon Transport Service is as always ON TIME. Decent product at very very affordable price. Since springs are detachable stiffness can be adjusted. I started off with just one spring for now. About durability, I can comment only after some use. But seeing other reviews looks like it should be decent.

Awesome...its very hard workout...5 springs make it very tough...1st u have to start with 2/3....and grip work out was very helpful...no waste of money...make it your 1st choice

no steel rods provided. feels cheated.
The item has to come with 2 steel rods for better control amd performing more exercises. I had purchased this earlier and 2 steel rods were integral part of the product. Feel cheated.

Product is same as shown in the picture... good sturdy quality...It also has hand grips although they are not very good but still they can deliver much resistance for a beginner...must buy.

Works perfectly at a reasonable price. Best thing is you can remove springs if it feels too tight. If you are skinny use 1-2 springs, average 3 springs, muscular 4-5 springs. Not rating 5 stars because some springs have minor rusting which I never expected. However its manageable.
