Enable increased touch sensitivity in your settings.
Not a bad screen - definitely a cheaper one I'll keep using this one for a while. If it's hard to touch the screen on the note9 you HAVE to enable the touch sensitivity option that increase that setting. Just search touch sensitivity in your settings and you'll find it. It literally says on the Note9 settings to enable when using a screen protector. Just an FYI for those complaining in the reviews lol.

Not all as it says...
Glad that it protects my phone but it says that it is smudge proof and anti-glare. It is neither smudge-proof or anti-glare. Not happy to constantly be wiping it.

Bad Durability
My screen got cracked at the lower edges despite of the phone didn't fall.

Right away it started to crack &made my touch screen less sensitive. I had to press down a few times to get the phone to recognize what I'm trying to click.
