Q: what size is the light bulb?

It screws into a standard light socket. It's about 2.5" diameter on top and about 4.75" long altogether (including screw base). I put them in to replace incandescent (directional) can lights in kitchen ceiling and they are a perfect fit and really nice illumination. I don't usually answer these questions amazon sends me, but I feel you--It's crazy trying to figure out which light bulbs replace which! : o

Q: I recently purchased these led bulbs used on dimmable 2-way switch, however; the led bulbs all have a small dim when completely switch off..normal??

We run into this with some consistency on older Lutron LED compatible dimmers that have the slider next to the switch. Likely, the design worked fine when LEDs, although already very efficient, still required 15-25% more wattage than they do today. With LED's needing even less light to light up, the small leakage current used to run the dimmer electronics can cause them to light up. We are currently using some smart dimmers from Feit with no issues at the low end. With those, we do sometimes see inconsistent behavior at full brightness when they are first switched on. Oddly, that goes away as soon as we tell the dimmer that is, theoretically already at 100%, to increase brightness. Note that we have regularly seen some flickering issues with these bulbs (we're at roughly 100 of them in our house at this point), but have found that swapping them out seems to resolve it and we just use the offending bulb elsewhere. This is not dimmer type specific - it seems to be tied to 3-way circuits regardless of switch type.
