Best Sink Ever!
When doing our kitchen remodel, I wanted to get a sink large enough to wash the big pots we all use when having the whole family over for holidays. This sink is IT and I love it! It's deep; it's wide and it can fit anything from large pots to griddles. I can wash any big item when necessary but when it's just the two of us, it's a great sink to leave the few things that can't go in the dishwasher drying on the bottom rack.A drying rack that fits in the top ledge was included workstation items, as well as cutting board, and colander; all are also wonderful (though the colander could use a few more holes to drain properly). With the cutting board set in the ledges at the top of the sink, I can dispose of seeds and cores by simply pushing them off into the garbage disposal. Not only do I get extra counter space this way, it also keeps juices from getting all over my new soapstone counters. The only complaint about the cutting board is that it's so beautiful, it was hard to use at first since I didn't want to put any cuts in it. But convenience won out and I use it all the time; a little mineral oil keeps the finish looking great. Another note: when using the cutting board, take care regarding knife placement and counter edges (soft stone like soapstone is easy to nick). The stainless steel is beautiful (though with our hard water, needs to be wiped down so it doesn't spot) and so very easy to maintain. A little BonAmi or Barkeepers Friend does the trick. The rinse guard rack at the bottom adds security knowing I won't mar the beauty of the bottom and the slanted design of the bottom helps me get all the little bits of this and that down the drain with not problem. The thick soundproofing covering the underside of the sink keeps away all that nasty noise you get using cheaper stainless sinks.I haven't had any problems at all with this purchase so I haven't needed to contact Ruvati but I could tell that they are a classy company; they packed the sink in a box with tons of padding and then put the sink in a large cloth bag to keep it looking great until we put it in. Now the bag makes a great laundry bag (large with a drawstring closure).I have already recommended this sink to friends and family members and highly recommend it for anyone who wants a beautiful and functional work station in their kitchen.

Best sink! So happy I chose a Ruvati!
I absolutely LOVE my Ruvati sink!! Due to unforeseen circumstances it was not installed until very recently. First of all it’s aesthetically pleasing - not the main reason to buy a sink but in combination with all its other features it puts the icing on the cake!I absolutely love the size of the sink and being able to fit even my largest pans easily in it.The accessories are so well thought out from the fold up flat dish rack to the strainer that I use all the time from rinsing spinach for smoothies to draining spaghetti. The only thing that didn’t work for us was the cutting board it is just a smidge too big and doesn’t fit - see pixI bought a Moen faucet with pull down sprayer to go with the sink that makes cleaning all the corners of the sink a breeze.Even with the misfitting cutting board I give this sink 5 stars

Ruvati workstation
This workstation sink is absolutely gorgeous. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. It's going to be installed in a couple of weeks under my new quartz countertops. I would be happy to give another review in a few months.

Great sink that drains poorly so its hard to wash food down the drain
We got the sink in and we really like it. It looks amazing. The accessories that shipped with the sink arrived broken, but the company has said it is sending replacements, and it only took one email to get that sorted out, so I'm super happy about that customer service. The sink is heavy duty. Unfortunately the supplied drain doesn't work with a dish disposal, so the pretty drain isn't useful, but again, that isn't a problem. The problem is that stainless steal shows when it is dirty and the design of these basin sinks are such that they need to be dredged by hand to push the food down the drain—a chore made more inconvenient by the fact that you really should use the protective strainer that goes across the bottom to keep the sink from being scratched up.I really hadn't given much thought to draining in these massive basin style sinks but the result is that you really have to push the food down the drain with your hand. This is made a bit more inconvenient if you use the protective grate that prevents the sink from being scratched by dishes.Overall, the sink needs to be more sloped and the stainless steal should be coated or a harder steel used to prevent scratches. This may move the sink out of the affordable range it is in now, but I guess that's the compromise. For the cost... it's a fantastic purchase.

Nice looking deep sink
New kitchen build. Installed as an undermount in a granite countertop. Looks great so far. As with all deep square flat sinks you have to rinse and clean often as food can collect on the bottom.
