For the Holidays, I made zippered pouches and this foot came in very handy as I wanted to sew the lines exactly the same distance apart which made each pouch look so professional!

How did I get along without this clear, wide foot? It's great!! Although I don't do much machine quilting, I can sew super-straight top-stitches now because I can see where I'm stitching and follow the lines on the sides of the foot. I have almost completely replaced my metal foot that came with my Brother machine with this clear plastic foot. The only problem I've had is sewing over fusible interfacing that's been ironed on to fabric; the wide plastic tends to hang up on the interfacing and "stitch-in-place."

I inadvertently bought 2 from different sights. One was $5.95 and the other was $15.95. They are both the same and neither one works on my Janome using a top stitching needle. The needle keeps hitting the back of the foot. I could use a smaller needle but then I wouldn't get the top stitching effect. I want to use different style motifs, not just a strait stitch. Bottom line, this foot doesn't work the way I was hoping it would. "Caveat Emptor"...

This is a wonderful machine pressure foot. Love the line guidance. It fits my Brother CS6000i. I would recommend this product.

This foot is so much fun and easy to use. You can set up your columns or rows of decorative stitches to match exactly.Great for decorating your apparel or home dec projects. I,ve also used it for making lines on quilting projects. You dont have to deal with the quilting bar accidentally moving if you use this little foot instead.

This item is what zi expected however disappointed about the very sharp piece of hard plastic that sticks out on the front middle of the presser foot. I circled the sharp plastic in blue. It does fit my Baby Lock Aria just fine.
