This is fabulous and worked a treat now my iPhone looks as if it was never damaged on the lens! Nice to know you can always come on Amazon to find those little knock knacks of accessories and do it your self rather than spend a fortune with a phone shop to get it repaired! Thank you I love it!

Very poor quality, cracked as it was being fitted ( see photo) . I’m really careful when doing delicate jobs so beware!

Does what it’s needed to do

Tip: make sure all the glass and shards are completely removed, any that get into the 3m tape on this product will allow water ingress to a very expensive (£99.99) camera part, to make the best seal heat up with a heat gun on low heat or a hair dryer on max heat for a 40-50 seconds, wearing gloves place it in and hold for 1 minute let cool completely before handling the handset not to dislodge the 3m tape.Not worth the money but decent enough for a quick fix.

Dopo una caduta accidentale del mio cellulare (iPhone 7 plus) si è rotto il vetro della fotocamera e ho deciso di provare a comprare e a montare da sola questo vetro.Onestamente, pensavo fosse difficile o di non riuscire ed invece ci ho messo 5 minuti di orologio!Il vetrino arriva insieme ad una pinzetta di plastica e ad un piccolo panno per pulire.La pinzetta dovrebbe servire a maneggiare il vetrino ma io l’ho usata solo per togliere il vetro rotto, l’adesivo e la colla residua sottostante al vetro rotto.Il vetrino arriva tra due quadratini di plastica (geniale), io ho sollevato solamente il quadratino dal lato dell’adesivo lasciando il vetro ben adagiato all’altro quadratino di plastica. Con la pinzetta ho tolto l’adesivo e, mantenendo il quadratino di plastica (trasparente) tramite i bordi, l’ho girato e ho appoggiato delicatamente il vetro (adeso ad esso) sulla fotocamera. Dopodiché ho preso il panno in dotazione e ho premuto delicatamente con movimenti circolari per farlo ben aderire. Ed ecco fatto, come nuovo.Questo metodo mi ha permesso 1) di non rischiare di rompere il vetro con la pinzetta, 2) di non sporcare con le dita o con la pinzetta la faccia interna del vetro.Ovviamente potete usare anche la pinzetta per adagiare il vetro, io che sono meno esperta mi sono trovata bene così.Il prodotto quindi è facile da montare, arriva con tutto il necessario e ben imballato al fine di non danneggiarlo. Inoltre sembra di ottima qualità e l’adesivo sembra tenere benissimo.Sono felicissima di aver optato per questa soluzione. Lo consiglio, considerando soprattutto l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

I just received it. The tweezers were different than pictures. Although, these ones look easier to use. Its easy to install but pieces are small.As for adhesion its very sticky. I did just put the lense on. I will revise review if it becomes an issue.
