Best curry paste there is if one does not make one's own, and probably better than one's occasional disasters r wrong notes !

Very sweet and more like a tai than Indian! Not for me but that just my taste 👅

We eat quite a lot of curry and having lived in the Far East for some years we were unable to make a decent curry until now. This paste produces a curry that is almost equal to that produced in Malaysia which is normally quite difficult to do in the UK due to the lack of fresh spices etc.

I think Ferns are the best Indian foodstuffs to buy. I've tied many other brands of paste, sauces and condiments, but Ferns are still the winners!Although this is a mild paste, it still has a bit of warmth to it.
