I read about this product in a reputable low carb cookbook. Mexican style homiiny is apparently lower in carbs than other hominy and a good replacement for higher carb ingredients in soups and other dishes. I could not find this product in any groceries or specialty markets in my area and was very happy to find it here. I had a great experience with this vendor. This product is very reasonably priced and arrived quickly.
