I thought for the price they were great. They are light weight and so are the plastic pieces that go in between the beads. Once the beads are put in place if you hold on to the plastic piece when you get a bead out you want have a problem. For me doing this to save is worth it for these boxes. After all, I have to buy so many I am looking for something to hold my beads good that close and will stay in place. That is what this box provides for me. Some people are just picky about every little thing. If you are this way then don’t buy these boxes. As I said, these boxes are light but what difference does this make if it holds whatever beads or crafts or whatever you may choose to put in this box. You can take these plastic pieces out and make the bends bigger or smaller for your bead colors etc. Mine stayed with no problem. If you travel you would need to be extra careful with these. But I have to be careful with all of them. You have to try these. If you don’t like these they will take them back. But if you don’t what have you spent? Just a small amount compared to what you will spend on the next purchase for beads or another box you may not like that might have cost more. I plan to buy more. These worked fine for me because I have so many beads. Good luck! I hope you love your purchase as much as I did.

I bought this for storing my beads (for jewelry making). I like the fact that I can remove some plastic grid "walls" to make bigger sections however, my seed beads keep slipping under these removable walls mixing up the beads. Annoying. So if you want to store small beads, I suggest you buy a container with stationary/permanent grid walls. Otherwise, if you'll be storing larger items in each grid section, the items should remain contained.

I was going to use this for craft supplies such as beads and sequins but the dividers will allow things to slip under them. It can be used for larger items. But for how cheap it was I really can't complain. just won't be able to use it for what I intended it to be used for.

Pro - Lots of compartments, and all the dividers to use them all. Inexpensive.Con - Plastic is rather thin and brittle, a significant step down from similar Plano 3600 or Flambeau 4000 series utility boxes. Mine were shipped in a large padded envelope and both were damaged on arrival. One has a dodgey hinge.

Nice to store earrings. I only deduct a star because some of the plastic inserts can't be removed for me to also store necklaces. THe inserts could be removed vertically but not horizontally so I couldn't store a necklace length wise across the box

I am a jewelry maker, and use these to store earrings. You can configure the spaces anyway you want, and each box will hold many pairs of earrings in an organized way, so I can see each one clearly and they don't get tangled.

This is an excellent product for storing letters for a Letter board. The separators are sturdy, but easy to remove and move to another location.It arrived quickly and as promised! Excellent product! I liked it so much that I even bought a second one for more letters!

I have so many earrings that I purchased 2 of these organizers. They're perfect for keeping pairs together and not exposed to air and dust.

One of my plastic organizers came broken. It was a profect solution for what I was going to use it for. Can't use it now.
