I take several eye supplements.. One of them is the immunition beta glucan. I combine them for best results for eye care. I also add Lutein, bilberry and phosphatidylSerine, (make sure it is non soy ~ which increases blood flow to the brain). It helps to protect vision.

I use one a day. I love it! I have glaucoma and feel this might help my eyes, along with the eye drops. I also use NSC-24 beta glucans, extra strength.
