CS-700 AV Video Conferencing Camera & Audio Soundbar for Conference and Huddle Rooms

The YAMAHA CS-700 AV Video Conferencing Speaker is outstanding. While it is designed for smaller rooms the beam microphone technology is the shining star of this device. I installed this in a 50x30 room and the persons on a video call using Microsoft Teams cannot tell the difference when someone is standing five feet away or 30 feet away. The camera captures most of the room...which is the primary reason it is mounted above the screen. Sound in the room is very crisp and clear. I would recommend this product to anyone needing microphone and camera coverage for a larger meeting room

I liked the ease of use and connectivity... the camera is pretty low res.... could use an upgrade...

Vendor should update specs. Seems they said 10 feet on audio ability on mic...we measured 30 ft and still have room to go. High quality camera and audio.

We bought three of these for our company to use in our scrum areas primarily because we wanted video conferencing capabilities and we needed an audio solution as well, since these were going in an area that had network, but no phones. We primarily use it for WebEx, but it also occasionally gets used for Zoom.The video quality is excellent with a very clear picture and a wide angle view of the scrum area that enables the remote sides to see everyone. The audio also does a great job of picking up everyone's voices in the scrum area with no problems.We had one issue that required a call into the support team and they were quick to answer with a live person. They then were able to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve the issue very quickly and in one session.Overall our experience has been extremely good.
