The Best Of Sam Cooke

I have ordered many CD's off of Amazon and have always been happy.I received this tonight and popped it in the CD player. Oh man, it is BAD.Sam's voice sounds like he's 10 feet away from the mike and singing into a tin can.Needless to say, this is getting returned ASAP.

Can't go wrong with anything Same Cooke. Love all these songs, wish A Change is Gonna Come was on it too, as it's definitely one of his best, if not the best imho. Especially love listening to it on vinyl. Brings me back to dancing in my mom's kitchen growing up.

Have been looking forward to this record coming in and it did not disappoint. Crystal clear and has a my favorite songs of his. Ill enjoy this record for years to come:)

Whilst Sam Cooke is a supreme talent and has a timeless sound, the item is listed as the “Best of Sam Cooke”.I was disappointed to learn that this was in fact just the “best music of Sam Cooke”, and not a collection of other highlights of his short but brilliant life.

I was looking for Sam Cooke oldies on a CD. I only wish the CD included Sam's Cooke's "A Change is Gonna Come". It doesn't.

I love Sam Cooke's music and I wanted to try vinyl. I think it is a good first choice. The sound is great and it is just such a different experience than streaming music from my phone - more deliberate. I really am glad I bought this.

Very poor quality sound. Must be a copy of a copy. It is a waste of money.

I have always enjoyed Sam Cooke and this disc has everyone of my favorites. This was an excellent purchase.
