I was delighted with this coat. It really is just what I was looking for. It’s not a heavy coat and very suitable for what I required. As for a winter coat, maybe in Hawai. Now a house coat won’t be buying any more junk. Not a happy bunny to say the least.

This was a part of this years Halloween costume and turned out to be ideal. At the end of the day this is a costume piece and is not something you are going to wear in general use. The stitching on the sleeve pulled and needed a slight repair, but as a costume piece it is hard to beat and was a joy to wear. Great value for money and absolutely looks the part

my son asked for this for his birthday so being a good mum this is what he got.Jacket itself is a very thin material.Personally I dont think it will be long before the stitching goes or it falls apart.The buttons are nice but if want a jacket that does up this is not the jacket for you.Not one single button has a corresponding button hole which is a shame but I suppose you get what you pay for

The coat arrived as expected and in good condition. We studied the size chart and read all the advice from the reviews before ordering and the coat itself was a fairly good fit. However the upper sleeves are a little bit tight which may be due to his build. We are however happy to keep the jacket coat for part of a steam punk costume. The material is fairly lightweight and this needs to be taken into account depending on the occasion and time of year you are planning to wear it.

I bought this as a stage outfit for my teenage son who is a drummer and needs ease of movement.He is very slim built so I ordered a M. I have a degree in garment technology so thought i knew what I was doing but sadly this came up smaller than I expected for an outer garment especially across the back where he needs the movement. The quality of manufacturing is as you would expect for a costume/dressing up garment. ( it’s not bespoke tailoring)I contacted the manufacturer to request a refund. They promptly came back to me with an apology and explained their sizing was more geared to their home market. They made me several offers to choose from.I asked for a size XL as a replacement, which they have shipped. Then As a one off gesture of good will they have allowed me to keep the original to save me from the current huge post office queues.

I was looking for a decent styled brocade jacket to match a waistcoat I'd gotten elsewhere.Checked this out, and the pictures give me the impression that this item is indeed brocade.Mine is not. Its a fairly thin printed material that really bears no resemblance to the picture. I babe included one of my jacket.Despite me checking and rechecking sizes, and deliberately ordering probably the biggest I'm the hope I could do it up, I can't. That's not a worry as the waistcoat would cover the gaps.Looks more like a cheap smoking or lounge jacket than what is depicted.Yes perhaps the description didn't say it WAS brocade, but check out the pictures. Unless I'm mistaken, the product I'm the pics definitely shows an embroidered, and somewhat shiny /silky thread.Won't be buying from these again.
