Favorite spaghetti
We grew up eating Ronzoni spaghetti. Years ago we began experimenting with whole wheat and brown rice pasta. We were not a big fan of those. Then we found Jovial Spaghetti Einkorn Pasta. This Jovial Spaghetti Einkorn Pasta is now our favorite spaghetti. Taste and texture - we love it. We also notice that it does not spike blood sugar levels after eating it. That is a bonus.

It's healthy for you
When I read the Wheat Belly book, I stopped eating bread and pasta for the most part. But now I have returned to eating Jovial Einkorn pasta because many of the concerns of eating modern wheat are not present in Einkorn wheat. It does not have the high glucose carbohydrate molecule that modern wheat has, among other reasons.

the wheat that wont kill you !!!
We love the product because it tastes good. After reading how GMO/ standard wheat product raise our blood sugar so rapidly that our health is negatively affected, I had to find a better safer pasta.My family loves it and I can hope we are on our way to better figuresJovial Organic Whole Grain Einkorn Spaghetti, 12-Ounce Packages (Pack of 6).
