Initial review:when I turn it on I notice a weird smell I can't quite place what the smell is but there's almost a sweetness to it and maybe is something like the smell of plastic. I ran it for a couple of days and the smell didn't go away, haven't used it since but will try again and hopefully the smell gets better. I will say it does look like the filter is picking up stuff from the environment at least so thats a plus I suppose, unless the dust is just blowing around and not quite entering the filter. this filter does have more dust on it than the levoit air purifier I bought so maybe it is doing something? The smell is annoying though.UPDATE: I increased this review to 5 stars because of the customer service. I didn't reach out to the seller for a replacement/refund they actually reached out to me which was a surprise. I never check my amazon messages and replied to them a bit late but they still offered to send me a replacement air purifier without having to send back the one I had. I've never experienced such great customer service and am not used to anyone actually reaching out over a 3 star review. I just got the replacement device today and turned it on and I don't smell anything weird or plasticy with this new air purifier, I think maybe there was something faulty with the other one and the smell really was my only issue which is no longer an issue. I can see that even with the faulty device that it was picking up dust from the environment/feather dander because the filter was definitely dirty so i'm glad that I can use this device and no longer have the issue of the smell.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This product is amazing for the affordable price point. I checked out many air filters before choosing this one and am so happy that I chose wisely. There are many more expensive options and many cheaper options for air filters/purifiers, but this one does an amazing job while also looking more on the sleek side. I have the black as you can see in my video and it blends in perfectly with my decor. The alternating lights are also very mood enhancing and function kind of like night lights if you have you air filter on at night. The setting as simple and have a nice design of laying flat on the front surface. There are 3 fan speeds. 1 makes no noise at all, 2 makes some noise, and 3 is loud, but 3 is powerful! You definitely get a strong breeze with 3, and I will keep it on for a few hours at a time on 3 with no problem. 1 and 2 I will leave on longer because they are quiet and are more effective when on for longer durations. The outside is hard plastic which makes the filter durable for normal use. It is easy to transport and has a nice long cord so you can keep it plugged in far from the outlet without a problem. The filter works great and I have been running it for a few months and don’t feel like I need a new filter yet. The air feels a lot cleaner and less stuffy after running it. I run it in my room mostly but also run it around the house before I’m expecting people over to clean up the air a little, and it definitely makes the air more breathable. The company is also incredible. The first one I ordered seemed to have been damaged before it was even put in its packaging box. They sent me a new one right away and made sure the experience was not too frustrating :D

Needed an air filter/HEPA filter to get rid of whatever pollinates in South FL all summer long! Had developed ‘allergies’, w/ a runny nose and sore throat. This little filter has just abt taken care of them totally! And within 2-3 days.!I would highly recommend it based on efficiency, but also because IT IS SOOO QUIET!! If in the bedroom you could use it as white noise generator ...if you need that. Simple to assemble, set on the floor or tabletop, plug it in, and you are all set!

This air purifier is absolutely amazing!!! I did so much research to try and find the best one and this is it. Save your time and buy this one. I have horrible allergies and have pets in my home and the difference is amazing. Just hours after I turned it on I could tell a difference. Quiet and easy to use! If it was available I would buy another one!

Since using my Partu air purifier, I sleep more soundly. I no longer suffer sinus congestion throughout the night and morning, and I wake up completely rested, alert and ready for the day. :-)I am so pleased with my purchase, that I am ordering a second unit to reside by my computer work station.I would be remis if I failed to make mention how absolutely impressed and pleased I am and how very positive, every aspect of my experiences/ dealings have been doing business with Amazon. I live in a small room / studio with a cat and a dog both of which shed constantly, and over the year it gets so thick that I wake up sneezing and coughing and just general allergy symptoms that fade once I leave my house. I deep clean weekly but still every morning I wake up in the same state of wanting to stub my toe to make my brain focus on something besides breathing.After shopping around on Amazon I found this as a cheap HEPA filter using air purifier. I didn't think it would work because air purifiers are like Voodoo, we don't know exactly how they work but they supposedly work. So I ordered the PARTU brand purifier and it took about two days to notice a different, I no longer wake up with a stuffy head and I can breath [save for the rare times when the cat shares my pillow].It works.My room is small, Queen sized bed, Computer, TV, not much walking space lets say 300SQ to be generous. It took about two full days to notice the effects but it does clear the air of animal hair and dander / dust. I am closing in on month three of having it and my filter is still fairly clean but I am expecting the light to come on it any day now. Will update review after installing a new filter most likely.

Seems good it’s definitely removed a lot of dust within our main bedroom. I would recommend it for the reasonable price.
