Got this back brace today to see if it could help with my posture and pain due to hip broblems after suffering more than ten years after birth problems due to emergency focepts delivery. Counldnt wait to put it on. Been wearing it all day sitting around house and doing house work. I've had no problems wearing it and less pain in lower back. Might even wear it in bed when pain is at its worse.

ordered this product as I suffer from bad back pain and when this occurs my whole body leans to one side causing pain in the lower back region and also down one side of my hip and leg. ordered this item after seeing it online on amazon as it offered lumbar support and moreso it has steel bones in it which helps with keeping your back straight and posture adjusting. I am so glad I did order it as it is the best product ever! from day 1 after wearing it for just 8 hours I really felt the benefits and felt no pain at all! its a wonder product and I have placed another order for one in case my current one is over used. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers back pain as well as anyone who wants to use it for posture positioning. as well as this it is also used in the gym when working out so there are 2 benefits in 1 item. brilliant and thanks again to the seller for manufacturing this awesome pain killer, better than any tablet I can assure you of that! After suffering with the worst back pain for weeks I decided to try a back support. I immediately liked the look of this belt so thought what the hell its a reasonable price what can I lose. Delivery was quick and I can safely say after just 1 day of wearing it the relief it has given me is amazing, I especially like the two layers of fastening for that secure support. Would highly recommend

After barely being able to move without my back seizing up after rupturing a disc in my lower back I was desperate to find relief. Although I was sceptical that the support would work I am very happy to report that from the moment I put it on I could feel the difference - so much so that I was able to use my standing desk for over 5 hours without the intense pain I had been suffering. Pain when sitting was also a problem but that has also been eased. I would recommend anyone with back pain to give it a try and will certainly be using it when exercising once my back has healed (especially since twisting awkwardly when using my 20kg kettle bell caused the injury in the first place!!)

I have constant lower back pain which can sometimes leave me struggling to walk, sleep, lift my baby and on the verge of tears. My pain was a 9/10 the three days before i searched for a long lasting product - gels and heat patches add up in expenses. When it arrived i put it on immediately and have now had 3 pain free days while wearing it, doing everything i did before as usual! The most I've felt it slight discomfort every now and again and pain at night, but am considering wearing the belt at night too. It provides excellent support to exactly where i need it and yes you are wearing a belt, but that's such a small price to pay when considering the alternative of the non stop pain. Highly recommended and cheap too! Im buying a second one so i can wash and wear one after the other. It's like a miracle! I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this one deserves it and am hoping it helps someone else too in what can be a desperate search for something to ease the pain :)

I liked the colour, size and quick delivery.Unfortunately the item came without any fitting instructions, warnings and precautions, which is totally unacceptable. Also no care label, which is bordering on legal in the UK, again very unsatisfactory.Have obtained a refund for it as not fit to use. Due to the above

The back support is comfortable to wear, but only if you have the correct size. it is very important to measure your waist as an estimation is not good enough. If your waist is at the upper end of a size, it would be better to order a bigger size belt. It certainly gives confidence to moving about. I wore it on a summer's day and it did not feel too hot. I did not get complete pain relief because the pain I had was in my leg caused by pinching of the nerve in my back, rather than in my back itself. Having the back support makes you think before making inappropriate movements which may affect you back even more. I am glad I bought it though.

I brought this item because I’ve suffered with my lower back for 20+ I’m 47 now and haven’t had any help or support from doctors. They just keep saying back pain is hard to diagnose?.. so I’ve seen this back support on Amazon & thought I would give it a try. I’ve only had it a few days but it’s comfortable to wear, & is made very well. Worth every penny.
