I’ve been taking this for only 6 days so far and I’m already noticing a difference in my body. I take 3 pills a day, one after each meal. My libido has increased immensely and I find myself very easily aroused.Another thing that I am happy about is how many you get for the price. A bottle will definitely last more than a month especially if you’re only taking the recommended 2 pills a days. They also have a shelf life of about 2-3 years! (Exp date is on the bottle)I bought these pills because I have really heavy bleeding as well as prolonged bleeding during my periods. I haven’t had my period yet but I will return with an update on if and how the Ashoka pills helps me with that.UPDATE: So the pills worked for the reason that I bought them! My “period” has been averaging between fourteen to twenty days the past few months (I know that’s bad). After taking the Ashoka everyday, 3 times a day for a month, my period lasted 8 days which is a HUGE difference! I’m so happy and hopefully continued use will get me back to my usual 5 day long periods. I also had ZERO cramps which was phenomenal as well.

I used this product for 3 months and it did not do anything at all. I think the wrong bark is being used. This is asoka indica vs. the correct bark is asoka saraca. Waste of money and I will neither buy nor recommend this to anyone.

Every women should have this or a product with Ashoka in their home. It has helped me during my menstrual cycle.
