I purchased this replacement band because the one I had was really stiff and sometimes uncomfortable. This one is much softer & flexible than the other and has the holes which allows air flow through them. It fits great.

Easy to install and band looks better than the original Fitbit band

Looks great, very comfortable (better than the standard band). Note that the watch fits inside the band, unlike others which attach at each end. This means the buttons are covered. So a different feel when you press those.

Bought it three weeks ago the stainless steel clasp broke off can’t find it. Waste of $16. Not worth it. The original one lasted three years.

More comfortable and more breathable than other aftermarket bands that I have tried.

Ehhhhh it’s comfy but it’s really cheap. Like the metal clamp on broke off after like 5 days. It’s very sad :(

I feel like it is comfortable to wear, overall. However, my disappointment is with the way this product works with/connects to the watch face... I would compare the way this watch band works with the way a rubber iPhone case worked... the band slips over the watch case and covers over the buttons. The buttons become a bit more difficult to push. Also, where the watch band meets the watch face is not a tight fit, so when you put the watch on, there are gaps between the band and the watch face. To me, this doesn’t look very nice, and I worry about the dirt, etc. that will inevitably get into the cracks.

This band was a huge disappointment. It does not secure to the watch with screws and the fit to the watch is very poor. The band looks stylish, but is not a good fit at all for the FitBit Surge. I returned it immediately.
