I've been a coconut sugar fan but that no longer works as someone now losing weight on keto. Went sugar free, no sweets or desserts for 60 days and the weight comes off. Add some dessert using coconut sugar and progress stalled. Tried Swerve, liked it, but takes some getting used to since the flavor was slightly odd. Expensive too, but weight loss began again. Tried SoNourished because of price, and though it still had the same cooling effect, it definitely tastes better than Swerve. I'll purchase again. The best part is I don't find it sickly sweet. It is perfect in the exchange for sugar. Keto can continue and now I can enjoy some desserts again. Also the powdered version works in all baking methods. Don't need the granular for separate baking uses. Powdered is a one size fits all for sweetness..

The media could not be loaded. It mixed very well with my dessert recipes especially with cream cheese. No aftertaste! Great value per ounce!

Impossible to find this item in our area! Love monk fruit sugar as it allows me to make "sugarless" baked goods that actually taste good with none of that aftertaste you get with stevia. Also use it to cut down the sugar needed in baking recipes. Can use a 1:1 ratio for baking so it's easy to use-no converting. Makes outstanding Mexican wedding cookies!

I have been ordering this product for my coffee for over a year. I have tried each of the main ingredients individually but I do not like the taste of each alone. Monk fruit by itself, to me, taste like stevia and I do not like the aftertaste. But together, the taste is really good! The only thing I want to say is if you have too much too soon ( like 2 cups of coffee back-to-back), it may send you to the bathroom. But I think that probably will be dependent on each person individually. I prefer the powder over the granules but that's just because I use it in coffee and for me, it seems to mix better. You can use this product for baking as well. Last year when I first purchased it, I used it for baking and it was great, no one even knew the difference. It measures equal to sugar so its a great substitute if you are watching your sugar or carb intake. I love this stuff!

I found this wonderful sugar substitute about 9 months ago. It taste like sugar and it's a perfect substitute for my keto diet. I keep it stocked in my pantry. Its a must have!

This is a worthwhile investment. I bought this back in August which was 6 months ago, and I still have 1/4 of a bag left. If you do a lot of baking, this will go quickly.The monkfruit / erithytol combo is a great flavor with a nice cooling effect. I have 101.2F fever and I put a smattering if this, cinnamon and nutmeg into bowl full of Stoneyfield Baby yogurt. And it tastes good. Quick, cheap dessert with probiotics. If it’s good enough for the baby, it should be good enough for you.I like to accent my foods with more sweetener, flavor as I please without affecting the blood sugar. When you’re broke and sick, you get real creative.The powdery texture mixes really, really well compared to granular, but that’s up to you. Worth the investment.

First time trying monk fruit sweetener & have to say I like it better than Swerve or any other artificial sweetener I have used. No after taste & no overly sweet. Great product.
