A Perfect fit
I needed to change four of my ignition coils on my V-10 Triton engine due to a leaky heater valve, so I just decided to replace all of them, because my truck has over 150K miles. It was a great value to get the plugs and coils together. Everything installed as easy as a V-10 will allow, the truck runs and fires great.

V-10 triton plugs and coils
I purchased the coil and plug kit. Installed and have no bad issues with the coils or plugs as of 200 miles. Will update if I have anything of interest for future buyers. I am happy with the purchase.

Failed at 1-year mark
Installed these exactly 1-year ago, into a Ford V10 6.8L. Noticed rough running, then the next day, one of the coils failed completely. OBD code led me to the misfiring cylinder. Replaced that one with a Motorcraft coil. Had to pay retail--$83 (for just one (!) coil). But, problem immediately solved. And when swapping out, compared it side-by-side with the Motorcraft. They don't appear to be terrible quality, but there are definitely differences. With these, the coil wire is 1/4 inch shorter than the OEM--with OEM, it protrudes from out of the end of rubber boot--with these the end of the wire is covered by the boot. Also, the metal bushing that holds the attachment screw is considerably smaller--this screw is the only thing that holds the coil in place.I must admit, when I bought the originals, I just glanced and saw the Motorcraft red box of the plugs, and assumed the coils were Motorcraft too--wrong!The failed coil was on the #5 cylinder, which is waaaaay in the back. Not fun to change that out. And with a V10 there are (obviously) ten of these darn things, so now wondering if/when some or all of the remaining nine will fail :-(
