What number on the heating probe equals 350 degrees?

I am not sure why you are asking this because the dial on the probe reads in degrees F. With that said, I have not verified how hot it actually gets (in degrees F), but I did notice that my pancakes turn out perfectly when I set the temperature at 250 degrees F. The instructions for the pancake mix that I use call for 375 degrees F. Based on my experience, I would suggest to start with a lower temperature setting and raise the temperature if needed. This will get you comfortable with the device regardless of the accuracy of the temperature settings, and prevent overcooking or burning something in the process.

Looking to purchase the drip pan only. Is that an option?
