All but one of my guitars has EMGS in it, and that's only because I just bought it.I've spent decades trying everything under the sun, and in some cases, developing a hate relationship (for example any factory stock pickup, or the noisy, total garbage Duncan Jeff Becks).I'm not writing songs about chicks, or wearing little outfits to accentuate my bulge, I'm trying to destroy stuff sonically. I can't comment on any style past extreme metal, but if you're anywhere from Magna Carta Cartel up to Aborted, you'll love these pickups.Super warm cleans, crystal clear, quiet shred voicing... it's a swiss army knife of pickups for rock and metal.Some people claim to hate them but really they're weak players or like having a garbage tone. Let's just say that wimp Jack Johnson isn't using them...
