Hit of the party. Made Italian sausage , onions and peppers marinara.The peppers were also used on an Italian hoagie and Philly Cheese steak, delicious.

I love these because they have been conveniently cut into strips that are perfect for placing in serving dishes for hors d'oeuvres or antipasti (as well as tapas and mezze). They are also superb as either a garnish or an ingredient in a salad.The flavor is superb and imparts that fire-roasted taste (although these are not claimed to be such.)What I especially love, though, is the reasonable sodium levels in the serving. Too many peppers and similar antipasti ingredients have shockingly high levels. Each of the ten servings in this jar contain only 105mg of sodium (contrast that with the 450-500mg for my favorite brand of serrano and jalapeno peppers for the same serving size!) Since I need to carefully watch my sodium intake this is a major plus for me. Another plus is each serving is only 5 calories, making the entire 16oz jar a scant 50 calories.All of the pluses add up to five stars for me. Do be aware that these are readily available locally where I live and at a lower price at that. If I had to factor in the high shipping cost imposed here I would probably balk or be less effusive in my comments. I never have less than a few jars in my pantry, and frequently have an open one in my refrigerator.
