Beautiful design, beautifully made. I love these glasses. We were given six as wedding presents 28 years ago and thankfully the gorgeous Frank Thrower design is still in production. We've bought several replacements over the years but the design is timeless. I saw some 18th century English glass in a museum recently and it wasn't dissimilar. Better for white wine than claret in my opinion. I think they are works of art.

Good quality glass. Nicely weighted and a delight to handle. Slightly smaller than the one it replaced which was very old and didn't bounce when I dropped it. Does this fine glass make wine taste better? I'd say so.

Very nice glasses, had previously so these were to replace broken ones.

the only ( little ) thing according to me : each piece is original because of the "hand made" so each glass hasn't exactly the samelook. it depends on the air insuflated in the foot . For 6 pieces, there were a notable difference. Not dammage for the quantity just for the look ( the design is desequilibrate up / down ).
