First of all, these handles are great sturdy, heavy, and the matte black is perfect. The other side is like a mini-recessed door handle so that’s nice! If I ever need to close my closet door, with me in it..., I can easily open the doors! Lol However, just know, there are 2 different length screws so use the right length for the thickness of your door! I’m an idiot and couldn’t figure out why the screw wouldn’t go any further, no matter how hard I pulled down on the Allen wrench (also a downfall for these handles...Allen wrench construction is absolutely AWFUL! LIKE WHY?!!! A normal tipped screw wasn’t enough?!!!!), it wouldn’t go in any further. I didn’t have any issues with the first door handle so I was very confused!!! After struggling for a bit, I was like let’s try another screw because this one is probably stripped. Come to find out there were different lengths and I just happened to use both shorter screws on the first door handle so of course I didn’t run into a problem. PHEW, besides dumb user error (🤣), it was very easy to install and look wonderful. Very happy and would definitely buy again if I need more!!!!

Great quality too! Heavy and beautiful. I purchased the rectangular style because of the complaints regarding the bolts not lining up, not being perpendicular... It's much easier for them to drill holes at 90 degrees when the handle is square or rectangular instead of round. So it worked perfectly. And the rectangular is very nice looking, I actually prefer it. I was also concerned that the interior handle wasn't recessed into the door BUT IT WORKS PERFECTLY not being recessed. Just a word of caution before drilling the holes in the door.. Remember that the interior handle needs to be accessible when the door is fully closed... so before you drill the holes measure where you want the handle as if the door was in the closed position.. There's no mention of where to locate the handle in the installation instructions. It you don't pay attention to that dimension it would be real easy to end up not being able to reach the handle when the door is fully closed.

The hardware is very good. I order the twelve footer but had to cut both ends about 4 inches. It cuts well with a grinder and cutoff wheel. This was my first time installing barn doors and it was fairly easy. One minor issue is that the spacers between the wall and track did not give enough clearance. The barn door would rub against the wall at the top. Adding some additional washers fixed that. Another issue was that the barn doors rollers are very sensitive to slight un-leveled track. An easy fix was to cut a thin strip of felt and place it on the rollers and the door would not roll unintentionally. Overall the product is great. Customer support is awesome. My instructions got wet and Faithland responded within minutes to get me an electronic copy of the installation manual.

This is a very solid and good product. Easy to install, and it look great.

Installed on new interior barn door on 1/18/24. Easy installation by a professional carpenter as part of a major remodeling project but any DIYer could have installed the handle.

Came out beautiful, but.....it was only after having to convert from metric, add a backer board because of the way the holes are drilled (20” apart) and make our way way through the sometimes confusing directions. Looks great but not a beginner type project, if you don’t have any experience get a friend that does to help you get these installed.

easy to use, all parts were there and works well! recommend this. hard to know amazon carries so many similar products to each other with different names. it was good!

Heavy and sturdy! Both positives for me. The handle feels very solid and the quality is great and looks amazing installed. There is slight texture on the handle which some may prefer. I am ok with it but I have had others where it was a smooth texture. Still great product and does what it’s supposed to

Nice heavy, sturdy handle. Great look! Modern! The screws to attach are very long so we needed to cut them & I have a husband that can do that but fabulous product & great price! Bought one for a closet barn door for one room & loved it so bought another for the 2nd room
