My husband loves it. It was easy to install, easy to use and works great. The only con would be the program iCSee which is used as a wifi connection to the device does not work well with my kindle, just a FYI. Other than that it's a great buy for the money. The picture is very clear for day and night visions and the view is awesome. You won't regret purchasing this device.

Comparing to my previous video doorbell(which looks the same as this one, but requires a different phone app), this one is much better. There are a few things it does much better than the previous one:1. wake up quickly, about 2 seconds2. good sound quality for the intercom feature3. good battery life4. automatically take pictures when motion is detectedOn top of all these, this one's price is LOWER!

was easy to set up with my iPhone, but you have to have the password for your router. mine is stamped on the router.my phone scanned their barcode and the app loaded automatically.next you should charge the batteries...use a phone charger cord...charge for 12 hoursput the doorbell/camera/alarm anywhere you want (mine is in garage).youtube video for wiring it to your doorbell.5 big stars !!!!!

My first doorbell camera, setup was a breeze didn't even need to read manual to understand setup. Installed batteries, download app, connect to your home wifi and you're all good to go. Detects and sends notifications instantly. Only complaint, wish it came with rechargeable port for the batteries but can't complain about the price especially compared to the RING DoorBell Camera. Works the same for half the price. Get it!!!

I like this doorbell. It gives a clear view of who is at my front door. The night vision is nice. But be advised that unless you own a charger for the lithium ion batteries that this doorbell comes with you will have to buy one. Also, the doorbell comes with both screws and a double-sided “ sticky panel” to attach it. The panel isn’t strong enough, you will have to buy some double-sided tape if you want to attach it this way (due to space limitations I had to use this method).

The first one that got sent to me would not connect in the app. That was the only issue. So I called Amazon and they was awsome and had me a replacement in 1 day. And the new one I got works great, for the price it let's me do everything i need it to do.IF YOU NEED A DOOR BELL CAMERA BUY THIS.

For the price this camera is a beast! As with all outdoor cameras, there are a lot of false alerts but I’ve slowed the motion rate and that has helped dramatically. I haven’t contacted customer support so I don’t know but the app is ok. Nothing great but workable. It just low tech enough for me and I really like and recommend the camera. I don’t pay for the cloud so all my footage is saved on a 32GB SD card. I like that you can talk through it too!!

I was looking for a Ring doorbell but not at the cost they wanted, and found this. While I am not completely unsure that my data on my house WiFi is not being shared with foreign governments, I have been happy with this product. Installation was pretty easy and set up and sharing with my housemates went well enough. I will say though that the instructions are very very very difficult to read due to the size, but I was able to do the install without them for the most part, though I consider myself well versed in technology. I will be buying an additional unit for the backside of my home. On the whole this so far has been a good purchase, though I would not be against some tweaks in future releases.
