Do not Buy
Product would not connect to my high end router. Followed all directions several times using 2 different windows systems computers and a Samsung S8+, none would connect it to the router (yes I was using the 2.4G wifi network). Went back and read the reviews for this camera and discovered most of them are not even for the home security camera; Amazon this company seems very deceptive. I would not recommend this product. Thank goodness I bought it from Amazon, their return policy is the best.

Not the easiest to work with
Extremely difficult to connect and keep online. Unless you’re in IT I wouldn’t recommend. Buy at own risk of loosing time. I tried to avoid buying nest. No help for it 🤕

Constantly having to reload app due to freezing.
This camera connects to an app which you view from your phone. The camera is constantly freezing and I am always having to reload the app. It does not help when baby is in the middle of crying and the camera keeps freezing. The camera itself is nice and the picture quality is very good. If you are using this camera for baby viewing I would suggest purchasing a legit baby monitor with screen. I would recommend this camera for in home surveillance if anything.

It works great! Be close to wireless router!
Works great! Camera is in black and white; probably because it uses infrared. We tested it with the lights off. REMEMBER to have both your smartphone and camera within 4-6 feet of your wireless router! It will not connect if you’re not close.

Got for day care works well for what I need a monitor

CHEAP CRAAAPPP
I LOVED this for a baby monitor for the first three months. And then the usb plug BROKE. And now there’s no option to return. I’d opt for buying a better product.
