The direction was clear and straightforward. Each frame included gloves to keep fingerprints from getting on the acrylic and easy to remove the paper to protect each piece. Trust me you won't be disappointed. Most competitors charge at least $15-20 bucks more. Check out the picture and video I've attached to see how these frames look in my office.

It's beautiful and just as you imagine it will look -- the thickness of the acrylic plays in to the overall aesthetic. I enjoy looking at my $10 posters floating in this $90 frame... makes the posters seem nicer than they are.It's a painful, time-consuming process to get your poster framed and mounted, though. And you better know where you want this hung -- EXACTLY -- since there is no room for error once you have drilled the holes. You can't shift things once you commit, lest you want to see 4 holes in your wall behind the poster, even if you want to make a small adjustment. Follow the directions and be patient. Then, sit back and enjoy your pretty picture.

Great product for their value. Definitely beats the $129 frame I wanted previously to settling for this one. I ordered 3. All panels come protected. Received all hardware & each frame brings gloves to avoid getting finger prints on the acrylics and a wipe to clean the panels. Really happy with the final product. I purchased the 14x18 frames and used 8x10 pics.

I was pleasantly surprised that the frame came with film covering the frame surfaces to prevent scratching, and even happier to discover it came with a lint free cloth to tidy up any dust or prints. The mounting system is a little fussy to install, but looks great.I used the frame to mount a custom puzzle ordered from Shutterfly and it fit perfectly. Highly recommended!

Package showed up and looked fine (no damage) but 2 of the sheets had scratches through the protective paper covers. Damage buffed out but was still a pain. The dimensions of each side are also off by 0.5" on all lengths shows in the picture. This doesn't seem like a big deal until you pay considerable money for art to put in each frame and there is an unexpected space all the way around the piece. It looked unprofessional and tacky. Cutting the extra size off is not much of an option since these are casted (cutting the edges will look even worse than the oversizing). These are tolerable but not what I wanted displayed in my office waiting room. It is also worth noting that these cannot be assembled and then hung up since the mounting screws are part of the holds that "pinch" the art in place. Attempting to mount as the instructions stated caused the piece to shift off center while attempting to line up the mounting screws; even worse so due to the extra 0.5" of space. I had to tape the edges together tightly to avoid shifting, mount each one, then clean off the residue from the tape which was would be unnecessary with a better mounting design.

It's extremely challenging to find an average frame that will fit a 8.5" x 14 1/8 " diploma and this frame does display the document very well. It's also original in design. However, I'm disappointed with the space between the front and back panel, which will let in dust and humidity over time and negatively affect the diploma. I also feel that 4 screws are not required and will ruin any wall. These decorative pegs would also look a lot better if they were slightly shorter in length. This frame is ideal for other art textures, but not for documents and other paper products that absolutely require sealed protection.

I would recommend this frame, the only things I had issues were are the following which are easy to overcome. 1. My kit did not include the double sided tape for the picture, I just used some regular tape for the back. 2. The drill size of 1/4 is a little oversized for the anchors. I went with a 7/32 drill.

This frame is perfect. I used it to display a diploma, and it has a very clean, official look to it. Installation was incredibly easy, and the acrylic is very well protected in the box. It even comes with gloves to handle the panes without leaving fingerprints.I didn't have to use the double sided tape provided, because the acrylic had y enough static cling to keep my document in place. It's perfect.

Very professional looking and simple to to install, although care is needed in setting out the the holes. i.e. not much leeway.Great addition to my office.

The provided template holes didn’t line up with the actual frame holes so I had to re-do the installation and now I have to patch up my wall and paint! Pretty annoying!!! The product itself is nice and modern-looking. If you are buying this product, just make sure the template lines up with the actual frame!
