Initial Product Review : 10/15/2015It is an extremely good product and this is coming from a person for whom this is the 3rd winder in a span of 2 years.The first one I bought was from Belocia and it was excellent but had to sell it due to increase in the number of watches. Here are pros..1) Turntables are substantially sized meaning it can house 44-46mm watches comfortably.2) The controls are analog which means even if there is a electricity failure at your house/apartment, you would not need to re-do the TPD settings. On digital controls, unless there is a battery backup, the TPD settings would reset to default and you would have to set it again.3) The winder finishing is good. No signs of a half baked product.4) There are small buttons to switch on/off each turn table. They are pretty handy and easy to use if you want to shut down a particular turn table. It comes very handy when you want to take the watch out of the pillow and at the moment the turntable is rotating. You can just turn it off and then turn it one when you put the watch back on it.5) The package came with extra pillow covers and I figured why they are there. You see.. the pillows are not very plush.. so I think they understood that the pillow covers might tear or the stitching may give away after a period of extended use.I am very satisfied with my purchase albeit it is tad expensive but the quality justifies the cost. Will update the review later if something comes up.

First, I am very impressed with packaging. Well done delivering a product in mint condition packaged very well. The machine is extremely easy to use, QUIET and good looking. I don't have terribly expensive watches, however I do have 4 automatics, and this machine is coming in very handy for keeping watches in rotation. I search what the movement requires online using Chat GPT and make sure not to overwind using the machine. Then set and forget. So far so good. Should have done this years ago.

I got this to replace an old 3 watch winder that was a pain to use and never really worked that well. This one is smaller, and hold 4 watches. The design is elegant and minimalist, and goes perfectly with my home decor. The motors are silent, and the function is simple and intuitive. Especially compared to the POS it’s replacing. It comes with pad adapters to make the mounting cushion bigger, which is a nice touch and which I like better than the spring loaded cushions the POS came with. In a nutshell, I love this winder so far (had it about 2 weeks), except for 2 things: 1) it needs some sort of light. I will likely put a motion sensor rechargeable LED in there which turns on when I open it. And 2) the power cord plug design is stupid. Rather than have a low profile plug where the body sits at a 90 degree angle to the plug spades that go into the outlet, some brainchild thought it was a good idea to have the body inline with the spades, which makes you have to put whatever furniture the winder sits on an annoying and totally unnecessary extra 2” away from the wall. Thankfully the POS watch winder this one is replacing had one redeeming feature: it had a sensible plug on its power cord, which just happened to work with this new winder. Problem solved. But come on, design engineers…

This is a nice looking and great working item. Silent operation and truly appreciated

I like everything about this product, great quality, everything is as advertised.Noise level is smaler then anticipated. It arrived yesterday so it is to eatly to comment its performance, but so far everything seams to be just fine. I would definatelly encourage my friends to buy it.

Initially, the winder seemed like a quality build, it's fit and finish were nice and the cushions were substantial and fit securely. But, about 10 days later, two of the winders were no longer keeping the watches wound. One has completely stopped working, it won't even turn on. I realize most every offer on Amazon is from China. I may spend the money to buy something produced elsewhere.

We purchased a second 4 watch winder, the first arrived and worked flawlessly. The second unit arrived and 2 of the watch winders did not work.Disappointing…at this price point you would think there would be a Q/A process to ensure all winders work before shipping out to a customer. Now we have to go through the hassle of sending this one back, waiting for a replacement etc.I’m more concerned about the quality of the unit(s) given that a new unit arrived defective.Let’s wait and see how Customer Service handles this…might end up returning both units for a full refund if they don’t step up and make this right considering I just spent $700.UPDATE: Nov 19,2024Completely impressed…customer service responded and offered a resolution above and beyond. Clearly they take pride in resolving issues and providing quality products. They restored my faith and will recommend. Thank you

The media could not be loaded. Had this product for a few weeks now and it’s so quiet, I was concerned that the winder wasn’t working. Love the black leather quality and how you can easily control the motor for each individual watch. For now, no problems and excellent value for the price.
