Worth it. Shipping coulda been better.
The knife came in pretty sharp, definitely deserves a 5 stars however I dropped to 4 because of late delievery, however the blade itself is sharp, it has a good amount of weight to it and doesn't have a cheap feel or made in China symbols. This knife is nicely stamped with " Marines " with the marine logo by it also has " The few The proud " under it and has a nice " made in U.S.A. Stamp as well. The length of the handle is very comfortable to hold being that I have big hands I'm 6ft 1' so I was looking for a knife with a nice handle to fit it. Closing the knife is very silent and the handle is aluminum and very sturdy, does my shake of come out of the socket easily, and the spring assist is really noticeable it flicks with ease almost no effort to whip it out. It does take a bit of thumb force to push the blade back in but once you got it, it's slips in like a glove. Might order another one in the future.

Nearly Perfect, BUT
I'm -loving- the knife. It was bought a as a Christmas gift because my old knife was lost some time ago, and it's practically the same! The 'rescue' portion is fantastic, the grip is surprisingly ergonomic, the overall appearance is fantastic, and the most important knife part is pretty dang sharp and nice.I only have two complains. My major problem is the clip. I'm not sure if it's the knife or my jeans or what, but the clip has loosened quite noticeably, and when I went to unscrew it and bend it back, I couldn't get a good grip on the screw itself, and was unable to unscrew it. So the clip is a little lose, but eh, blade is still pretty sharp. My other problem is the paint. I'm not exactly sandblasting the thing, it's generally just clipped to my pocket during the day. But despite only having it for six months, the paint on the edges is noticeably coming off.Still, 9/10, 4/5. For a price this low and quality this high, get it.

great buy
This knife definitely surpassed my expectations. It feels very sturdy and well made. Everything seems to be put together without defects. The blade opens out and closes very quick, easy and securely. Came in the the mail a day sooner than expected.Would have given it 5 stars but one criticism I have is that I felt like the blade could have been a little sharper. Nevertheless, it is a great purchase if you need a knife like this for camping, protection, or to keep in vehicle since it has a glass breaker and a belt cutter.I should mention the knife feels a little bulky in my pocket. It is a pretty hefty piece of metal. I like to keep mine in my edc bag and prefer a smaller knife in my pocket.I am really happy with this purchase though and I like the knife.

Very impressive looking and feeling knife!
LikesSolid build - excellent workmanshipHigh qualityEasy to openPerfect blade lengthConsMay be too large and heavy for some peopleWhen I opened my package, it was larger than I thought it would be. I has a nice, solid feel to it. The manufacturer labels this as 440C steel, so it allegedly has a carbon content rating of .95-1.20%, therefore it's supposed to be wear resistant, hard steel. Obviously at this price range, I'm a bit skeptical of that claim, but we'll just have to see. As long as it keeps its edge, I'll be happy.I will update my rating ONLY if there is something wrong with the knife. So far so good. In fact, I'll be ordering another one for my EDC (Every Day Carry) bag, and probably another for my car emergency kit.

This is the greatest knife ive ever had!
I love this knife. It came super fast and is extremely durable. I love it so much. It has weight to it, very sharp, I'm impressed with it. Lol my grandpa was in the army, and he's jealous of it, he tried stealing it from me because it's so nice. Thank you so much. What a great price too. Again thank you for the product!! I will deffinetly be buying from here again. I'm glad I came acrossed this company. I'd reccomend it to everyone in need of a new knife or someone just looking for a new piece to their knife collection. It's very nice. It has a thing to break a window if needed, a seatbelt cutter, and spring assisted opening. I feel it's a great tool for survival.

Good for the price pretty sharp
Great knife and very sharp. Only reason dont give it 5 stars stars because a little part from the side fell off. Had to attached it with super glue. Is fine now.

the blade is excellent, super sharp right out of the box
the blade is excellent, super sharp right out of the box, the handle is weighted and provides an excellent grip. However, there are details that could provide a better quality look without much effort. For example, the paint ran in a lot of places and looks cheap. also the glue used to paste the cap, that ran to the sides and makes it look really shabby

It's a rugged and sturdy knife, but the spring isn't released with your thumb, it's released with your index finger, so you've got a real awkward moment after drawing the knife and opening it and then re positioning it in your hand. I prefer a fixed blade K-Bar style survival knife which are also designed for shredding tinder shavings and splitting small "logs" by hammering the spine. The weight of a big survival knife is also good for making spikes or stakes out of branches. This knife might be better suited to gut a dear, but then people get real particular about their butcher knives, and a dead dear isn't particularly impressed by the spring assisted opener like and an opponent in a back alley fight. (Where I'd still prefer a K-Bar).
