I ordered this and it came brittle and dead with the leaves falling off when I first picked it up. I sent an email stating what happened and how disappointed I was with it. Within days, a fresh, new, and healthy one showed up! I was very happy with the result.

Amazing!!Great quality love it lasts over a month
Amazing amazing amazing this product is great it took a while to ship here next year I’ll order early however it has lasted over a month now it’s not great and whenever I sprayed with water I can still smell the original scent!

not packaged in the best way.
Was gorgeous in package. But crumbled when I took it out. Was able to salvage it with hot glue gun. Would suggest a different style of packing. Plastic bag didnt breathe well?

Terrible value for the amount charged for this item.
This product was disappointing! Very small and leaves, berries and needles fell off when removed from the package. The product was not worth the cost.
