DEEP COOL RF120M 5IN1, 5 x 120mm RGB PWM Fans with Fan Hubs, Compatible with ASUS Aura Sync, Controlled by Motherboard with 12V RGB 4-pin Header, No Wired Controller

After upgrading my computer I noticed that my old fans looked very plain next to the shiny new RGB ram. That and my new motherboard didn't have enough headers for the fans I had. I decided to buy these because the price was great for everything included in the box. 5 RGB 4 pin fans and two fan hubs for under £40.The fans themselves appear to be well made and better quality than I expected, better than my old Nzxt and Corsair ones. I struggled at first to thread the screws, they seem cheap and likely to strip, which made them very annoying to fit until I changed to right angled driver with more leverage.You will have to be mindful when you're installing, the fan cables are ludicrously short. My rear exhaust fan barely reaches the header under the CPU. This is manageable if you're careful with routing your cables, and you make good use of the hubs provided. RGB cables on the other hand are plenty long enough to daisy chain them all together and were a breeze to set up.RGB control works fine with ASUS software I tested it with. Some colours are brighter and more vivid than others, but the effect is good none the less, lighting up the case with nice rainbow glow. Noise wise these fans are fairly quiet when idle and aren't too loud when pushed.These are solid, robust fans with easy to set up RGB lights for a great price.

These are great fans. I got the x5 pack. 4 of them worked as intended, one making a bit of a 'fanny' noise ;-)I would have replaced that 5th fan that did not behave properly had l not sent the whole pack back. But don't get me wrong, these fans are fantastic!I got them to build a system on a "Lian Li 011 Dynamic" (see the attached pictures) which l ended up returning (I went back to my quiet "BeQuiet! Dark Base 900 Pro").These fans have excellent airflow, are very quiet even at max. RPMs and look gorgeous. Installation is easy, but a bit annoying due to the many cables you end up with and how long they are. This is not meant as a complain as the cable length is much welcome, especially in big cases. You can daisy chain all the 5 fans and then connect only one of them to your motherboard.Speaking of 'connecting the fans to the motherboard,' specifically the RGB cable, remember you'll need a 12V header (not a 5V!). My Asus MOBO (C6H) has a 12V RGB header. If yours has a 5V one, then you need to buy the CF120 model.I compared these fans to my BeQuiet! Silent Wings 3 and, at same RPMs, the difference is not what the price difference suggests (plus the SW3 are not RGB!).Besides, the package comes with 2 fan hubs; you can plug 4 fans into each hub. I tried the hub with the SW3 and it worked flawlessly (needless to say, the hub also worked with the Deepcool fans).Excellent value for money and performance!

These look great and are quiet enough. Great price and no problems setting them up via my motherboard software. I love them and I've given them 4bstars, just because they're a pain to install. The holes for screwing into are just a little bit too small so trying to screw them in by hand is just too hard to realistically do for 5 fans with 4 screws each. You're going to need an electric screwdriver (or drill with screwdriver attachment) so make sure you stick these in before you start adding in your motherboard or other components.

Bought these for solely for their RGB goodness as I had enough fans to cool my case. After receiving and testing them I realized these were better in every way to my previous fans which was a great bonus.They feel like a quality product and they perform just as well.A nice addition was the rubber inserts on each of the fans mounts, these help eliminate any noise from vibrations against the case.After installing them and adjusting my BIOS fan controllers I had these fans running at 20% while keeping my case cool while idling this meant that the fans were running super quite. As you approach the fans max RPM you will notice the noise but this is to be expected. The noise wasn't loud and didn't affect my gaming experience, plus I don't think I'm doing my self any favors by running 8 fans!The LED's are vibrant and have a good colour range, they are nice and bright and with the right controller can be adjusted to your own preference.Two connector hubs come with the fans, these have a small profile which is great for hiding them in and around the case, as for cable length, I had no problems installing these fans all over my case!These are a great set of fans when you compare price to performance.

I asked some questions before buying as it wasn't clear if I would need to buy extra splitters, RGB hubs etc - I needn't have worried, everything you need is in the box. 5 fans, 2 fan power hubs and an RGB adapter cable. Connect the fan hubs to the chassis fan power on mobo, connect the fans to the hubs.Daisy chain the RGB connectors from the fans to each other, connecting the first or last to the RGB header on your mobo with the supplied connector cable. Whole job done and PC back up and running in 30 mins.Aside from looking great and integrating perfectly with Aura lighting, I didn't realise how noisy my previous fans had become - these are really quiet and look really well made. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Installing brand new PC fans is always tricky because the holes are not pre-threaded, so installation took a moment just like any other fan would have taken, nothing special.Noise-wise, at full speed, they are audible, just like any other PC fan would be, but they're still quiet enough at your more average speeds that I can't hear them over my room's fan.The materials used look pretty good to me, the housing has a tiny bit of flex on the corners, so you have to really get the screw going straight or else it may fight you a little more than expected.Installed in my pre-RGB era corsair 230t case, the fans have brought a modern light to my PC.The cables are quite long, that would be a nice thing for a very roomy full-tower, in my case (haha!), I had to find a way to tuck all the extra length away, the two fan hubs are also pretty low-profile so they can be hidden quite well out of sight.The color accuracy is also pretty good, I was able to dial-in pretty specific colors, they're quite bright, too. White is always a challenge, these ones are alright, a little cold, but nothing you can't counterbalance.In short, good materials, not too noisy, bright and good color. Like others say, they're also a great value in terms of price and performance.I'd also like to shout out the sales department over at DeepCool for getting in touch with their buyers, thanking them and really just being some good people.

Wollte mir mal was gönnen und hab die Preiswerten Lüfter geholt. Kann mich nicht beschweren. Laufen von anbeginn an mit allen Farben durch und gab nie Probleme. Die lüfter schaufeln auch genügend Luft durch, dass ich absolut keine Probleme mit zu hohen Temperaturen hab.

Perfecto para montar una torre de 9 ventiladores por poco dinero. Se regulan desde la bios, los colores son RGB, personalizables con varias aplicaciones.

Mooie prijs voor 5 stuks. Pc is weer koel vanbinnen, visueel mooi dankzij led verlichting.Mijn moederbord heeft geen led aansluiting, maar dit kan verholpen worden met Sata adapter.

I didn’t expect too much given the price range but man was I more than pleasantly surprised. Plus installation was a BREEZE with the included fan hubs.First let’s talk quality. Overall they are very nicely built. Sturdy design and even rubber dampeners at the mounting point for noise control. A nice touch for budget fans. No play whatsoever on them.Now we’ll talk performance. This is where I was blown away. With my previous fan set up (2 stock 120mm case fans and an aftermarket 120mm rear exhaust) I was gaming at 1440p max settings with GPU temps averaging around the 85 degree Celsius range. After installing this set of 5 (3 front mounted for intake 2 top mounted for exhaust plus my 120mm rear exhaust) I dropped to a staggering 69 degree Celsius average. That’s a HUGE difference. The fans never hit over 80% speed either.Now looks. They are NOT addressable RGB. But for someone like me who likes to run a static color or cycle color these are more than adequate. They’re bright and look really nice! Really adds the flavor I was lacking!Overall I’m extremely happy with these fans and would highly recommend these to anyone on a budget (or not) who want to add a lot of performance and a little personal touch!
