One of the best back supports ive had for price, very comfortable and keeps you warm too. Can be worn under or on top of clothes and it’s not bulky like others

Used this for general support, wearing every day around the house, have also slept in it no problems, can put over the top of clothing or on skin with no irritation. Easy to adjust on the straps at the shoulders and the velcro at the waist. It does rise up a little if you pick your legs up high but that's kind of expected. Overall really happy with this product and will keep wearing it. Has definitely helped me with my posture too.

This is not strong to hold your back
Not strong to hold your back in posture no pain relief .The straps are up at your armpits not a good fit .
