I think it is quite caramel-like. I find it a bit sweet, I prefer the peanut one better.

My favourite flavour. I love the taste: sweet and I know theres only natural sugars so its better for you than having a chocolate bar. Great snack idea if your trying to eat cleaner

These are such a treat and pretty healthy. They definitely satisfy a sweet tooth. They’re small, and kinda pricy for the size. But the ingredients are relatively expensive so I feel it’s worth the cost.

I bought the Nakd Salted Caramel Fruit & Nut Bars for about £9 for 18 bars. They’re made from just fruit and nuts, so they feel quite natural and not overly processed. The salted caramel flavour is mild but pleasant, not too sweet. They’re gluten free, vegan and don’t have added sugar, which is good for a quick snack on the go. They’re quite dense and filling, though a bit sticky in texture. Overall, a decent healthier snack option, but not something I’d choose for taste alone every time.

Il gusto di caramello salato non è molto presente, in quanto si trattano di barrette fatte solo con ingredienti naturali, quindi non c'è nè il caramello nè tanto meno lo zucchero, ma la parte caramellata è data dai datteri, ed essendo lo sprito del prodotto di essere salutare, non c'è neanche molto sale. Vi consiglio di tenerle in frigo, altrimenti sono veramente molto morbide (e molli), mentre in frigo rimangono comunque morbide ma almeno non vi si scioglie in mano. Elegí las de caramelo salado y me han gustado mucho. El sabor a caramelo está muy logrado a pesar de no llevar azúcar añadido, y el toque de sal equilibra perfectamente el dulzor del dátil, así que no resultan nada empalagosas. Me gusta que solo tengan ingredientes naturales: dátiles, frutos secos y poco más. No tienen esa textura arenosa y artificial de las barritas de proteínas tradicionales; estas son densas y jugosas, justo lo que apetece cuando te entra un antojo de dulce. En este caso, vienen en un formato de 18 unidades, que sale bastante mejor de precio que comprarlas sueltas en el súper. Repetiré la compra cuando se acabe la caja. Muy recomendables.

Très bonnes barres pour une petite pause ou un goûter rapide et saine. Le goût caramel salé est vraiment sympa sans être écœurant. Mon fils adore. Le rapport qualité/prix est correct pour ce type de produit.

Nicht nur die Zutaten sind super, sondern auch geschmacklich sehr gut. Tatsächlich gefällt mir die kleinere Portion sogar mehr als die Größeren von Nakd, da man sie besser genießen kann.

These are not super big, but they fit well into a backpack or purse and are great for a quick energy boost. A little bit on the sweet side, but full of protein and a great quick snack way better than a candy bar and definitely more guilt free but still with the same indulgent taste. They have other flavors from this black brand, but this one’s my favorite.
