MCD222 1:24 Scale Alfa Romeo Alfetta Model Kit

This is a very basic kit of the Alfa, very few parts, not much detail. The body casting is fairly accurate, the motor is ok. The wheels are plastic. But it us one of the only kits of this car out there, and it’s very cheap, so a skilled modeler can make it into a very nice model. You’ll need to replace the wheels/tires, and do some detail work on the engine and interior, the suspension, but once you do this stuff you’ll have a pretty nice model. I used the wheels and tires from the Heller Talbot Lago kit, detailed the engine, redid the dash and steering wheel, and it came out pretty nice.

Nice detail for an older kit of an early GP race car. Exercise patience, and you'll have a pleasurable build!
