Avoid touching pad surface, Use an electrode gel on body area where applying electrodes, clean pads often w/water, keep plastic storage surface clean with rubbing alcohol and let dry, keep unit sealed in plastic bag (zip-able sandwich bag works.

Will this unit stick to my back during exercise? I sweat alot during a workout

It says the pad has to be placed on before it will work. How do you manage that if it is on your lower back or somewhere you can't see the controls?
